Yellow and gray baby gift (with a touch of pink)

My friend Alana just had a baby girl, and I was inspired to make her a gift around gray, yellow and pink.  This is what I came up with:

A cute, simple, ruffle skirt

Matching shoes.  They were my first attempt, and turned out kinda ghetto....but I knew she would understand and they were her favorite part!
